Philip Plante-Ajah

Philip is an associate at Warren Camacho LLP and advises on all facets of residential and commercial real estate, corporate law, business and commercial law, and wills and estates. Philip offers his clients bilingual value-added legal services, and his objective is to ensure his clients feel promptly informed and protected throughout each matter’s successful completion.

Called to the Ontario bar in 2012, Philip’s current practice focuses on residential and commercial real estate sales, condominium law, commercial real estate leasing, refinancing and secured lending transactions, telecommunication tower site leasing, business and commercial transactions, corporate and not-for-profit corporation matters, and estate planning such as the preparation and review of wills, powers of attorney and estate administration.

Born and raised in Ottawa, Philip received both of his degrees from the University of Ottawa and is honoured to have the opportunity to practice in the community. Prior to joining Warren Camacho LLP, Philip articled and practiced at a national law firm in Ottawa. While attending law school, Philip participated in and co-chaired the Business Law Student Society, as well as participated and organized various charitable activities for organizations such as the Ottawa Food Bank.
